New to yoga or unsure where to start? This small-group class is designed specifically for beginners who want clear guidance, personal attention, and a safe way to build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.
It is also for people who have practiced yoga before but never truly saw the results they were hoping for — often because of improper alignment, rushing through poses, or not being fully aware of the breath during the practice.
Unlike large classes where it’s easy to get lost in the crowd, I intentionally keep the group sizes small so I can pay close attention to each person. Quality matters deeply to me. I want to make sure you understand the poses correctly, move safely, and learn how to adapt the practice for your body — not just copy shapes on a mat.
My teaching style focuses on breaking down poses in a simple, easy-to-understand way so you can practice safely and get the full benefit of each pose. Small adjustments can completely change how a pose feels and the benefits you receive from it. That attention to detail is what makes this class different.
Each session includes:
Beginner-friendly yoga postures
Clear alignment instruction
Breath awareness
Modifications for different flexibility levels
Relaxation techniques to reduce stress and stiffness
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their body — even with a busy schedule. You do not need to be flexible or experienced to begin.
Since I am keeping the class intentionally small and offering this session only once a week, spots are limited to ensure every student receives individual attention. If you’ve been wanting to start yoga with proper guidance and support, this is the best place to begin.
Registration closes NOV 16, 2:30 PM
